Healthcare Management

NeoConsult’s fundamentals of healthcare management programme has been designed to provide senior nurses with the strategies required to be successful in leadership positions. The curriculum focuses on leadership strategies with an emphasis on healthcare systems management, covering all aspects of nursing administration. You will be exposed to a wide range of topics from disease prevention and health promotion, to workforce management.
